We were appointed to take on the leasing and asset management of a family owned 52,000 sq ft industrial & office park in Barnet. Over the course of 2 years, we managed to double the double the asset’s annual income through implementing a rigorous and strategic asset management campaign which involved letting vacant spaces, regearing leases on new evidence and overseeing refurbishment programmes.
